Our client's headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who's established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Network O&M Digital Transformation Manager to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of innovative solutions, enhancing our digital transformation journey, and ensuring post-sales success in Network and IT operations. Key

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Spearhead the solution development, ensuring efficient delivery plans and robust post-sales support in Network O&M Digital Transformation.
  • Operational Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of Network/IT scenarios to identify challenges and offer actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Digital Transformation Planning: Guide the direction of digital transformation in network O&M, focusing on elevating our Autonomous Network (AN) capabilities.
  • Process Management: Develop and implement comprehensive business processes and management systems, including fault management, change management, critical incident management, and knowledge management.
  • Support and Implementation: Collaborate with System Architects (SA) and System Integrators (SI) in tool implementation, integrating business processes and rules into IT systems to boost management quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in TMF standards, particularly in Network AN and Autonomous Operations (AOMM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to streamline and articulate complex business logic.
  • Relevant experience in telecom industry tool, APP, and system delivery, coupled with solid project management skills.
  • Background in ICT Development, Operation, or DevOps is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with ITIL V3 or ITSM deployment is beneficial.
  • Consulting experience in the IT industry is a plus.
