Dining Hall Attendant Apply
Assists in dining room operations, to include cleaning, preparing and serving food, equipment operation and related activities.
Requirements
Essential Duties:
1. Exhibits regular and punctual attendance.
2. Assists cooks in preparing food as assigned.
3. Assists in the serving of food and related food line activities.
4. Assists in routine and special cleaning activities, to include dishwashing, garbage segregation and removal.
5. Assists in cleaning and related maintenance of kitchen equipment.
6. Provides training and direction for residents participating in Food Service activities.
7. Provides constant supervision for residents participating in Food Service activities.
8. Exhibits appropriate interaction with residents.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
2. Experience in quantity Food Service operations is preferred.
3. Must be at least 21 years of age.
4. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
5. Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing.
