Dining Room Supervisor – 2026 Summer Season Reports to: General Manager Job Type: Seasonal, Hourly, Full Time & Part Time Job Summary: The Weathervane is hiring for the 2026 Summer Season. We are looking for a seasonal, hardworking, dependable, and detail‑oriented person to supervise the Weathervane Restaurant. This is a seasonal, full‑time opportunity with positions available May through mid‑October. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations. Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate well with customers and staff members. Excellent time management and organizational skills; attention to detail. Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous restaurant supervisory experience required. Physical Requirements Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly. Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting to work at a computer.
