Shifts: 1st (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) | 2nd (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) | 3rd (12:00 am - 8:00 am)

Applicable for benefits, and use of CTO/PTO, upon completing your 91st day (Healthcare Premiums Paid for)

About the Role: As a Direct Care Worker, you'll embark on a fulfilling career assisting residents affected by traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Your responsibilities will include daily care, activity coordination, and documentation for group home/semi-independent living clients.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living.

Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Group Home Manager.

Record client behaviors and responses accurately and objectively.

Administer medications and document according to company policies.

Provide transportation for clients to planned activities.

Contribute to household maintenance activities as scheduled.

Qualifications:

Compassionate and dedicated to enhancing the lives of others.

Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Availability working across all shift times, weekends, and holidays
