We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Mortgage Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans by directly engaging with prospective and existing clients. You will provide expert guidance through the mortgage process, from initial inquiry through closing, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for each client.Responsibilities:Proactively generate new mortgage business through outbound calling, online leads, referrals, and marketing campaignsConsult with customers to assess financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutionsEducate clients on various loan products including fixed, adjustable, FHA, VA, and other government-backed optionsCollect and review documentation required for mortgage applicationsMaintain strong knowledge of lending guidelines, interest rates, and market trendsManage the loan process from application to closing in collaboration with processors and underwritersEnsure compliance with federal and state lending regulations and company policiesMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metricsQualifications:College degree requiredStrong sales and customer service skillsValid NMLS license (or ability to obtain)Minimum of 1–2 years of mortgage sales or financial services experience preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environmentProficient with mortgage CRM software and digital loan origination platformsBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commissionHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesGrowth opportunities within a thriving mortgage organizationJoin us and help customers turn their homeownership dreams into reality.
