Responsibilities of an entry-level Direct Sales Account Manager:

  • Conduct on-the-spot consultations to understand customer needs.
  • Present service options and provide estimates or quotes.
  • Source new leads and secure business through proactive approaches i.e. meetings with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Assist the sales team by developing strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction 
  • Track all records of sales and revenue
  • Active contribution to our growth strategy and wider business plan.
  • Identify potential customers within a given territory

Requirements of an entry-level Direct Sales Account Manager:

  • At least 0-2 years of Sales, Customer Service, or Direct Sales Account Management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills with groups of all sizes and levels of management
  • Must be able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to travel to meet the demands of the assigned territory.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, however, a candidate will be considered if he/she has equivalent training and experience.
