Territory Manager – Cardiac Devices (St Petersburg)

We’re looking for a high-energy sales professional to join a leading cardiac device team. This territory covers St Petersburg and surrounding areas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Growing and protecting business in a strong but competitive market.

• Building trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and staff.

• Providing education, in-services, and clinical support on life-changing technology.

• Keeping an eye on market trends and staying one step ahead.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven success in medical device sales (ideally cardiac or other specialties, but not orthopedic).

• Someone who communicates well, builds lasting relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

What you’ll get:

• Base salary of $65K, with commission-heavy structure and a median OTE around $300K.

• Monthly bonus payouts to keep the wins feeling fresh.
