Overview Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Mora, MN. Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring part-time DSPs for our adult foster care home in Mora. You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live fulfilling lives. No prior experience or certifications are required to get started in this field. The Village Green 2 home is located in a quiet Mora neighborhood near the elementary school. The program supports adult men with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnoses and disorders including OCD, ADHD, and schizoaffective disorder. Shifts, Hours, and Compensation Shifts: 5:00pm–9:00pm on Monday or Tuesday; 9:00am–5:00pm on Thursday and Friday; and every other weekend (required). 25 hours per week. Driver’s license required. You will assist in day-to-day tasks based on individual needs and goals. Responsibilities may include medication administration, household duties, behavior management, assistance with personal hygiene and medical cares, and facilitating community activities such as shopping, attending events, dining out, going to movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation. You will build meaningful relationships and contribute to a person-centered culture that values the people we support and the team. Your schedule typically includes 4–8 hour shifts with hours during the week and every other weekend. RSI supports people 24/7 and offers a variety of shift times.
