AVAILABLE SHIFT: Sunday through Thursday 11pm-8:30am Responsibilities Include: Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse. Perform all procedures safely. Document actions and client response to care provided. Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client. Maintain client’s comfort and well-being. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or College Degree Reliable Transportation Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
