We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available across our Residential and Day Program settings, encompassing 2nd shifts, overnight shifts, and flexible weekend schedules. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands‑on support and care to individuals, assisting with daily living tasks such as hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation. Support and encourage individuals to engage in community‑based activities, fostering increased independence and social interactions. Monitor and address potential medical or behavioral needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Maintain accurate documentation of all activities and behaviors as per regulatory requirements. Engage with families and care teams to promote and implement individual service plans. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Basic computer proficiency. Willingness to undergo and pass mandatory training programs including Medication Administration, CPR/FA, Crisis Training, and more. Successful completion of background screenings and clearances: Criminal History; fingerprinting Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) checks Drug Testing Central Registry Exclusion Screening Physical/ TB Screening Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and mobility support. Commitment to the health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination as per state guidelines.
