Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success.
