REM Community Services , a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compensation and Work Hours Pay $17.00 per hour. Part‑time positions available. Work schedule includes full‑time or part‑time options: Full‑Time (40 hours per week) Week 1: Sun 7a‑3p and Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri 2p‑10p Week 2: Tue, Wed, Thurs 2p‑10p, Sat 7a‑3p Part‑Time options are available (please contact for schedule details). Shift Requirements The position requires a valid driver’s license for at least one year and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Job Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities. Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Form meaningful relationships with participants. Encourage participation in community activities. Assist with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
