Direct Support Professional We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our Adult Services team in Berwyn, PA. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities, health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation, and documentation. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living tasks including health, hygiene, cooking and cleaning. Provide recreational activities and support individuals throughout the day. Create and maintain accurate shift, incident and progress reports. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of each individual. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; diplomas obtained outside the U.S. must be evaluated. At least one year of human service experience with children, adolescents, or adults preferred. Minimum age 21 years. Valid driver's license; must possess and maintain. Available Shifts & Pay Full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call shifts available. Days: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Evenings: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.; Weekends: varied shifts. Pay rate: $17.25 – $19.67 per hour.
