Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and treatment to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Direct care includes hands-on physical care and/or assistance with activities of daily living.
• Treatment includes reading and implementing teaching programs, behavior plans and developmental plans.
• Dispenses medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Drive individuals to doctor appointments, community outings, or to work
• Document all care into EMR using Precision Care
• Must be able to work well on a team
• Support life skills development, including shopping, using public transportation, managing money, and cooking.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
• Implement behavior plans and person-centered plans to promote independence and positive behaviors.

Requirements

- HS Diploma or GED preferred

- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required

- CNAs, HHAs, PCAs encouraged to apply

- Driver's License
