We welcome all new behavior technicians and provide comprehensive training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a scientific approach to understanding behavior. You'll receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth, such as achieving your Registered Behavior Technician certification and becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. What You’ll Be Doing Provide 1:1 care in group, home, school, and community settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques. Collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and support the BCBA with clinical assessments. Follow and record prescribed behavioral skills and reduction protocols. Collaborate with a treatment team, including clients, parents/caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers while maintaining client confidentiality.
