Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Sewell, NJ Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour, increases with education and experience. Responsibilities Ensure that individuals are safe and healthy while attending the day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving their goals for daily living skills, such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver’s license. At least 18 years of age. Ability to attend ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays.
