Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support individuals in daily living tasks and development of essential life skills.
• Encourage and facilitate social interactions and community participation.
• Monitor client progress and document daily activities accurately in line with care plans.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and supportive environment for clients under your care.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related field or certification in human services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for assisting clients with transportation needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or the willingness to obtain upon hire.
