Creed Medical is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Your daily duties will include assisting with personal care, facilitating community involvement, and implementing individualized support plans. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Support clients in community integration and social engagement.
• Implement individualized care plans and accurately record client progress.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in direct support or related caregiving roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or required to obtain upon hire.
