Job Overview REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part‑time caregiver position offers $16 per hour. Schedule: Wednesday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and every other Saturday/Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal hygiene and basic care. Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Provide care for persons with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Develop meaningful relationships with participants and work with a team. Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities. Qualifications Minimum six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behavior.
