Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living skill goals. Plan, implement, and document programs to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver's license. Age 18 or older. Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation. Empathetic with a team approach to care.
