DSP – Direct Support Professional Title: Direct Support Professional Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00/hour (Full-Time or Part-Time) Sign‑On Bonus: $500 (after 90 days of employment) Location: Multiple Locations Why Join Us? Shift options are 7a–3p, 3p‑11p, 11p–7a with rotating weekends and holidays Investing in you: comprehensive, quality benefits package Supportive team: we value our team members as much as the people we serve Quick hiring: apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do Work directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses Ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of the persons served at all times Reflect values of respect, honesty, patience, compassion through communication and professional relationships Assist persons served with active treatment services, daily living skills, administering medications, and continued development Assist with transportation, documentation of services, implementing and following care plans, and interactions with stakeholders Support the Designated Coordinator with scheduling, payroll, reviewing documentation, and delegating tasks to other team members as needed What You’ll Need Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a DHS background and motor vehicle records check Direct support experience preferred but not required Must be physically able to perform all job duties, including lifting, transfers, and emergency interventions Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Benefits Available to You Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) for staff over age 21 after 1 year of employment Short‑term & long‑term disability insurance Employee assistance program We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
