We are now hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This will be performed in a home‑like setting. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home while maximizing dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities Perform personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and health‑care related tasks. Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support. Encourage self‑help activities. Implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans. Manage individual behaviors by preventing or de‑escalating aggression. Keep accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, and other required records. Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments. Run errands for clients as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Eighteen years of age or older. Pass a background check. Driver’s license with valid auto insurance. High school diploma or GED. #J-18808-Ljbffr
