Alliance Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers / DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them to become the best version of themselves!

HERES WHAT YOULL DO:

• Have fun while helping customers be the best versions of themselves! Spend your time doing fun activities like arts & crafts or sports, and work to understand what dreams your customer has, and can pursue them together
• Assist with everyday living needs, removing barriers for customers (such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, housekeeping and budgeting)
• Follow customers care plan and provide updates on meeting the customers desired outcomes

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• At Least 18 Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
• Working cell phone
• Experience in caregiving or IDD support
• Current first aid & CPR certification we will help you get certified! (reimbursement available)
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR/DMV Report) and criminal background check
• Specific Shifts: M-F after school, 3pm-9pm, and afternoons on weekends.
• Limited Day Shifts

Base Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 an hour

$21.00 with NO experience

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
