Job DescriptionThis role will drive the strategy for digital marketing and communication for the Office of Physician Recruitment. Working closely with physician recruitment leaders and executive leadership to manage email campaigns, develop content for social media and dedicated website targeting physicians and driving awareness for pipeline growth. This is an ideal role for a creative marketing leader who can set direction and use data to optimize performance.Job ResponsibilityLead strategy and execution across core marketing functions, including content development, physician pipeline generation, support website improvements, and marketing/outreach.Develop content and messaging to highlight Northwell’s culture and attract physicians.Oversee direct outreach (email campaigns) to drive pipeline development, including pre- and post-event outreach for conferences and career fairs.Maintain a high-performing website and analytics foundation, including conversion optimization, SEO alignment, and tracking integrity.Own marketing reporting and insights, building clear monthly summaries and recommending next actions based on performance.Manage Marketing Infrastructure: Coordinate multiple platforms for marketing automation, website performance, analytics tracking, and compliance.Ideal CandidateProven success driving measurable growth across brand awareness and demand generation.Strong positioning, messaging, and creative skills.Experience launching integrated campaigns across multiple channels.Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.Data-driven and analytical: able to interpret performance, spot trends, and act on insights.Strong operational skills: prioritization, project management, and consistent follow-through.Job QualificationsBachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience.7+ years of B2C marketing experience, including leadership ownership of strategy and results.SEO and conversion optimization experience.Brand: NorthwellJob ID: 183641Employment Type: Full TimeJob Area: Business StrategyPosted Date: 23/03/2026
