Director, Finance OperationsEntegris is seeking a Finance Director to support our Global Supply Chain and Quality (GOSCQ) organization within our new Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This pivotal new hire will be a Divisional Finance leader, responsible for driving business performance improvements for the GOSCQ organization for the Advanced Purity Solutions division. This role will be reporting directly to the VP Finance GOSCQ, and partner with the VP GOSCQ Division, as well as be a key partner to the Advanced Purity Solutions Finance team. This position will play an instrumental role in delivering on the financial goals and strategy of the GOSCQ organization and will be a key member of the finance organization. This role will be based onsite in Billerica, MA.What You'll DoBe accountable for the financial results of the APS global manufacturing networkLead the Productivity Governance board for the APS DivisionInfluence the S&OP process to fully align Supply Volume expectations and finance objectives to maximize capacity utilization and balance inventory levelsLead month closing, forecasting and AOP cycles, for Advanced Purity Solutions GOSCQ DivisionLead processes improvement efforts to accurately predict and improve financial resultsDevelop an operating system to drive efficient capital allocation Partner with Division and the Corporate team to improve Inventory management optimizing use of cash flowDrive communication and collaboration across the GOSCQ and Division finance to ensure common forecasting processes, greater insight into key assumptions, and visibility into risk and opportunitiesPartner with GOSCQ leadership to determine set of Operational KPIs and targets to achieve financial goalsAttract, retain and develop a high-performance teamLead activities developing financial acumen across GOSCQ organizationEnsure full adherence of financial processes to internal policies, and promote implementation of new policies where/when neededWhat We SeekBachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, or highly related field (Graduate Degree desired)10+ years experience with track record of increasing responsibilities in Operations or Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, or other financial leadership rolesExperience in the advanced manufacturing or technology industries, ideally with a public companyExperience managing teams structured in multiple locations; global experience is desirableProficient, to advanced, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP BPC and/or OneStream a plusProficient knowledge of PowerBI is a plusExcellent communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly and concisely communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partnersA highly collaborative individual capable of working effectively with global colleagues with diverse experiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to challenge the status quo and offer actionable ideasA self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic global environmentAble to navigate organizational matrix to influence decisionsWhy Work At Entegris?Lead.
