Director Of Technology Strategy & GovernanceAs Director of Technology Strategy & Governance you will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Kohl's enterprise technology governance program. This role establishes the standards, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms that ensure technology investments and delivery are aligned with business priorities while enabling agility, innovation, and risk-aware execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that partners closely with technology leadership and business stakeholders to embed and execute governance that is practical and scalable. The Director is accountable for driving alignment and operational excellence across the technology portfolio, ensuring technology priorities are clearly defined, effectively governed, and successfully executed.
