Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to improve healthcare technology service performance. Collaborate with regional leaders to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee biomedical equipment management, ensuring accurate inventory, effective maintenance, and optimal performance.
  • Innovation & Technology Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies that enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Team Development: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to foster a high-performance team, ensuring continuous professional growth.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align on goals for medical equipment, including installation, cybersecurity, and technical support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
  • Financial Acumen: Exceptional business and financial management skills, especially in budget oversight and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Track record of leading high-performing teams, with an emphasis on talent development.
  • Executive-Level Experience: Proven ability to work with C-suite leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Position Summary: The Director 2, Healthcare Technology Management will oversee operational and fiscal performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes managing the program, maintaining regulatory compliance, driving client relationships, and overseeing financial performance.

Key Duties:

  • Clinical & Program Oversight: Ensure clinical staff meet regulatory requirements and contribute to program success.
  • Project Management: Lead capital planning and healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster satisfaction and growth.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage purchasing, subcontracts, and budgets to maintain financial health.
  • Talent Management: Hire, train, and develop top-tier talent.
