Join us and let's build the future.Director Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (M/F/D)Place: EMEA remoteType: Full-TimeLevel: SeniorYou will make an impact in the following way:Develop a five-year roadmap to transform conventional production lines into fully or partially unmanned operationsPlan and execute the systematic replacement of manual involvement in safety- and ergonomics-critical tasks with robotic solutionsDrive gross margin improvement through the automation of production lines and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by upgrading and modernizing equipmentLead the digital transformation of the Belden Production System to enable data-driven operations and continuous improvementBuild and maintain a sustainable pipeline of cost savings through Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiativesEnsure all new product designs comply with design-for-manufacturing principles optimized for automated production environmentsWhat you will bring:Education Engineering degree with a focus on manufacturing or automation technologiesExperience 10+ years of experience in implementing advanced manufacturing and automation strategies, 5+ years in a leadership roleKnowledge & skills Strong expertise in robotics, process optimization, lean manufacturing and digital manufacturing systemsPersonality Strategic, analytical, and highly driven to achieve operational excellence, strong global leadership and communication skills, effectively managing cross-functional teams and providing clear, data-driven reports to senior leadershipLanguage proficiency Fluent in English with strong communication skills across technical and executive levelsLet's Write the Next 100 Years Together.
