Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the organization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Lead efforts to support the organization's mission.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Represent PTPN at public events and advocate for the organization's mission.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or in a similar capacity.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Commitment to the mission and values of PTPN.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Healthcare Experience: Preferred but not necessary (Provider and/or Insurance)
- Proven experience as an executive leader and demonstrated success in financial management.
