Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale a European Infrastructure organization of 100+ FTE, accountable for Facilities, Security, and Safety across all operations.Define and deliver the regional Infrastructure strategy and roadmap, balancing operational excellence with transformation, sustainability, and cost efficiency at scale.Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning Infrastructure capabilities with business priorities and enabling performance, resilience, and employee wellbeing.Oversee regional governance, crisis and business continuity management, cross-country programs, and leadership development to ensure long-term organizational readiness.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a senior Facilities Management executive with a strong track record in large, complex industrial multinationals.Hands-on experience in production environments is essential, with deep expertise in managing facilities within operational settings.Multi-matrix experience is a must, including the ability to operate effectively across countries, cultures, and regulatory frameworks within a global organization.A strategic mindset combined with executional strength, credibility at senior leadership level, and the ability to lead at scale.
