The position is based in either Stockholm, Sweden or in Rennes, France. Your Role In this role, you will be part of a global finance team and you´ll lead a team consisting of 6 controllers and analysts. You will report to VP Finance Global Patient Care.Your main responsibility will be Finance business partner in Clinics Europe strategy executionSome of your tasks will be:Attend and prepare performance review meetings in close collaboration with business leadersMonitor Clinics Financial PerformanceSuggest practical recommendations based on analysisConstructively challenge business partners strategic assumptions and goalsDevelop practical and acceptable compromises when negotiatingEffectively prioritize business problems based on urgency and relevanceClarify decision trade-offs to internal customersGenerate multiple options to solve a problem and identify the most effective solutionBuild and monitor business cases that support strategic decision makingBe the primary finance stakeholder in regional Clinics M&AAbout youTo be successful in this role, we'd like you to have:Master’s degree in (Business) Economics or Business administrationAt least 10 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in healthcare retail / patient care is essentialProfessional verbal and written language skills in EnglishSpeaking French is a plus but not a requirementAs a person, you are business-oriented, result-driven, customer-focused, collaborative and independent.
