Requirements:

• Prior Hospital experience
• Works to improve the employee experience to the next level.
• Ability to define, measure, analyze, enhance and control competing projects and timelines
• Demonstrates a passion for patients, front line staff members and every visitor.
• Strong Business Acumen
• Able to dissect complex data reports and systems
• Superior Sense of Urgency
• Relentless through project completion.

• Up to $110,000 base salary
• 401k, dental, medical, vacation.
