Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level while leading and developing a dynamic, motivated technology team.This position is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution someone who can set direction, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence.In addition to the salary, this position offers various benefits, including:Annual wage supplementPerformance bonusLocation: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)Key Focus AreasAs an executive technology leader, you will drive impact across three critical pillars:Digital Transformation & AI EnablementLead the design and execution of the organization’s digital roadmap.Champion adoption of AI/ML solutions, process automation, and platform modernization.IT Operations & Data ExcellenceOversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure resilience, and robust cybersecurity practices.Strengthen enterprise systems, cloud architecture, and vendor management.Establish best-in-class data governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities.Executive Partnership & Team LeadershipServe as the strategic technology advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.Mentor and grow a high-performing, future-ready IT team.Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.Core ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the organization’s digital strategy, aligning technology with long-term business goals.Oversee all IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and vendor management.Drive innovation in digital services, data analytics, and platform integration.Ensure full compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.Effectively manage and communicate with the CEO and lead the technology team.What We’re Looking For:Professional Experience10+ years of progressive IT leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management or enterprise architecture role.Proven track record in digital transformation, cloud enterprise architecture and AI/ML implementation.Experience in Singapore’s public sector or government-linked organizations will be an advantage.Technical FoundationDeep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), Data Analytics (Power BI/Tableau) and Cybersecurity Frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).Additional certifications in CISSP, CISA, ITIL, PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master and certified cloud architect will be a plus.
