We are looking for an exceptional Director, Global Talent Management who can lead talent and development organization in a rapidly growing, well-established company. You will have the opportunity to bring to fruition a world class comprehensive team with the broad range of talent processes including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, learning and development, DEI among other processes. You will also promote and champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Lead the cycle of corporate talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews/succession planning, employee engagement and ongoing organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Oversee executive, leadership, and professional development priorities for the organization necessary to support achievement of short and long-term business priorities.
  • Benchmark and establish world class development strategies, e.g., rotational assignments, action-learning projects, career development tools, etc.
  • Oversee diversity and inclusion programs throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the LMS system, learning governance, processes, and team.
  • Inspire and lead a team of talent development professionals.
What will you bring to the team, along with minimum 10 years of related experience in HR, talent, or learning & development (masters degree in human resources management, Organization Development or equivalent is preferred):
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Great attention to detail with a creative approach.
  • Experience in complex change management across multiple employee segments, geographies, and business functions.
  • Outstanding facilitation and consultative skills and ability to work closely with global HR Business Partners, senior leaders as well as leaders at all levels.
  • Passion about leadership, organization development and talent management.
This position will be a hybrid role of some remote and onsite days each week. The role must be based within commuting distance to one of our following office locations: Andover, MA, Irvine, CA or Milpitas, CA.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary Pay Range: $144,000 - $267,800 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
Benefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, [6 weeks fully paid] parental leave, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement [and for participation in any stock programs, signing bonus, etc.].
