Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Execution: Lead the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services. Oversee all aspects of the transaction process from initial pitch to closing.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may affect client transactions.

Qualifications:
