Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting Apply
CSPs Real Estate & Financial Services practice has been engaged by a middle market real estate investor to add a Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting to their team. This is a new position with an entrepreneurial firm enabling growth and direct mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Accounting to include month-end close, investment tracking, annual budgeting, AP review and year-end audit work
Financial Reporting
Fund accounting
Treasury and Tax work
Special Projects
Requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10-15 years of experience in accounting, ideally real estate accounting
Proficient use of Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office
A strong and proven work ethic, and ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
