A nonprofit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities is seeking a Director of Adult Behavioral Services (BCBA) to lead and grow its adult behavior services team. This role supports individuals in Adult Residential and Adult Day Training programs and plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and person-centered behavioral services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a behavioral services team consisting of 1 BCaBA and 4 RBTs.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and revise individualized behavior support plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data.
- Identify target behaviors for skill acquisition, reduction, or elimination.
- Provide intensive staff training, supervision, and ongoing program monitoring.
- Ensure consistency across adult day and residential programs.
- Oversee billing and maximize authorized service hours for Medicaid Waiver clients receiving ABA services.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements, including AHCA guidelines, Medicaid Waiver regulations, and CARF standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement new programs and special initiatives.
- Provide direct observation, progress review, and continuous program improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Service Administration, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience with high-intensity behavioral supports; knowledge of aging supports preferred.
- Ability to complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
- Valid Florida driver's license.
- Successful completion of Level II background screening, physical, and drug screening.
