ADVANCEMENT DIRECTOR
St. James Basilica (St. John's Academy) is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to serve as the Director of Advancement for the parish and sponsored school, St. Johns Academy.
Summary of Position:
The Director of Advancement should be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about the Catholic faith and committed to the mission of the parish and school.
This individual should excel in the ability to organize, engage, and inspire individuals, businesses, and foundations to support the mission. The Director of Advancement will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic fundraising plan to meet annual and long-range fundraising goals for the parish and school that includes but is not limited to: Staff wages, Educational Resources, Youth and Adult Faith Formation programs and Capital projects.
Position Status:
Full-time position, with full benefits package, a competitive base salary and includes performance-based incentive opportunities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
