The Director of Asset Management will oversee the management and strategic planning of the company's investment portfolios and assets. • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance of investment portfolios, align with corporate goals, and achieve long-term growth.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the company's investment portfolios, including real estate, securities, and other assets. Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to ensure alignment with investment objectives.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with asset management. Develop risk management strategies to protect the company's investments and minimize potential losses.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of assets, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of asset management professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in asset management, investment management, or a related field. Proven track record of managing investment portfolios and optimizing asset performance.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic decisions based on analysis.

• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
