RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, an established private CRE investment firm in Newport Beach, CA, is recruiting for a Director of Multifamily Asset Management. The Asset Manager will oversee 3 assets, around 1000 units, located in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. The firm owns over 3000 units and is poised for growth. Located in Newport Beach, this person is expected to be in the office 4-5 days per week some occasional travel to assets. Responsibilities:Work closely with property management, senior leadership, investments, and accounting to ensure assigned portfolio has excellent performance. Responsible for preparation and execution of annual operating budgets and business plans for each asset.Manage revenue enhancement, expense management, renovation projects, marketing programs, reputation management, etc.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in a “hands on” multifamily Asset Management.Bachelor or advanced degree.Strong financial and analytical skills, including MS Excel.$175,000+ range DOE plus bonus
