Director Of Autism Therapeutic Services Apply
Preferred Skills:
- Dual Certification preferred: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D), or PsyD/PhD in Clinical Psychology with BCBA/BCBA-D.
- Expertise in autism therapeutic interventions, communication, and behavioral assessment.
- Experience with insurance credentialing, billing, and research related to ASD.
- Demonstrated leadership in autism services across diverse age ranges and cultural groups.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, budgets, and sustainability of services.
- Hire, train, and supervise qualified therapeutic staff.
- Oversee professional development, internships, and observership programs.
- Collaborate with charter school staff and external providers to enhance care.
- Support grant writing and funding initiatives for service growth.
- Conduct classroom and service observations to ensure quality standards.
Work Environment:
