Role Overview:

The Director of Brand Management is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company's market presence and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing brand development, market research, and the implementation of branding initiatives to strengthen our brand equity and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic brand plans that align with Augmentjobs' vision and objectives. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust brand strategies accordingly.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of branding campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.

  • Brand Positioning: Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market. Develop strategies to differentiate Augmentjobs from competitors and enhance brand perception.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of brand managers and marketing professionals. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure team members are aligned with brand objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, product teams, and other stakeholders to integrate brand strategy into business processes. Communicate brand vision and goals effectively to all relevant parties.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets. Monitor expenditures and assess the return on investment for branding activities.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives. Analyze performance data and prepare reports to inform strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of brand strategy, market analysis, and consumer behavior.

    • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
