Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Intelligence to lead our data analytics and business intelligence team. This role involves developing data-driven strategies, enhancing data infrastructure, and delivering actionable insights to drive business growth and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and systems to support company goals.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify key metrics and business trends.
• Design and execute complex data models and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure the integration of BI tools and technologies with existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize BI processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role (7+ years).
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
