Experience in the health care industry is a MUST.

Position has limited office environment work with frequent travel throughout the community. The position routinely requires the ability to drive, travel by public transportation, speak, hear, see, read, write, and speak in front of groups and the use of a computer keyboard, typewriter, telephone and other general office equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Drive to various locations and speak with group or individual about Key Family Care LLC, its mission and services.
  2. Build personal relationships with potential referral sources through on-going visitation. This activity requires a friendly and professional attitude and a detailed knowledge of Key Family Care LLC services and programs.
  3. Be a liaison between Key Family Care LLC and referrals sources including physicians’ offices, discharge planners, assisted living and nursing homes and social service agencies to facilitate the ease of making a referral to Key Family Care LLC.
  4. Promote a positive professional agency image when speaking to groups or individuals and through health fairs, community activities, and other events.
  5. Identify additional channels for outreach and develop community contacts and make calls to initiate a better understanding of Key Family Care LLC.
  6. Work with the IT Administrator on the agency website, social media and a listing of contacts for inclusion in the agency mailing list and nurture the development of referral sources.
  7. Identify unmet needs in the community by listening and asking question when speaking with groups or individuals and participate in program development.
  8. Make and receive phone calls to speak with people and those necessary to arrange meeting and other outside appointments.
  9. Participate is problem solving as they relate to improved customer service.
  10. Deliver promotional and new program and services material to the community.
  11. Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Director or Compliance Administrator.
