- Receive and review all referrals for day Habilitation services at Folak healthcare, LLC.

- Participate in the admission ,suspension and discharge processes for individuals.

- Serve as the secondary contact for individuals,families, and Dsp receiving services through day Habilitation.

- Review and approve schedules and any schedule changes

- Oversee and manage transportation routes for individuals receiving transportation inside and outside of the day program.

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of services and support provided by the agency.

Review and approve daily services logs for services rendered by employees.

- Serve as a member of the agency's Quality management committee to support ongoing growth and compliance,

- Assume 24hrs on-call responsibilities as required.

- Oversee the administration and safeguarding of medication.

- Document , report and follow up on all agency Unusual incident reports.

- Cooperate with any internal or external inspections or investigations , including those conducted by federal or Local government investigators.

- Respect the confidentiality of all information related to individuals served and their families.

- Protect the dignity of the individuals served.

- Perform other tasks as assigned.
