Job Title: Director of EngineeringLocation: Pasadena, TXPosition Overview:A leading OEM integrator based in Houston, TX is seeking a highly skilled Director of Engineering to lead a dynamic engineering team of 6-7 members. This role is pivotal to driving engineering initiatives, overseeing the development of a new 96,000 sq. ft. facility, and contributing to revenue growth from $30 million this year to an anticipated $150 million in the next 3-5 years.Company Background:With over 50 years of combined experience in the electrical field, we specialize in Power Distribution and Motor Control. Our "customer-first" approach has positioned us as a key vendor for numerous distributors, while our versatility has allowed expansion across various divisions and markets nationally.We partner with dozens of manufacturers in the industrial market, stocking a variety of components and assemblies in-house, which eliminates long lead times and allows for same-day shipments in many cases.
