Director of Food Sales & Merchandising | Cōpow Foods

📍 Coeur d’Alene, Idaho (Regional oversight: ID, OR, WA)


Cōpow Foods is redefining how people access real food. We are a rapidly growing, farm-fresh food company building a new category—a modern convenience model rooted in transparency, regenerative sourcing, and real nutrition.

We’re looking for a Director of Food Sales & Merchandising to lead performance across our retail footprint and drive regional growth throughout the Pacific Northwest.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn stores into high-performing revenue engines.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead sales performance and merchandising strategy across all Cōpow retail locations
  • Drive same-store growth, product mix optimization, and in-store execution
  • Own and improve store-level P&L performance, including revenue, labor, waste, and margin optimization
  • Oversee regional expansion efforts across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington
  • Partner with operations and culinary teams to align product, pricing, and presentation
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on results and accountability
  • Analyze sales, customer behavior, and financial data to continuously improve performance
What You Bring:
  • 3–5+ years in food sales (retail, CPG, or related)
  • 3–5+ years in merchandising with proven results
  • Demonstrated financial experience analyzing and improving store P&L performance
  • Strong management and leadership experience
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • A passion for healthy living, real food, and mission-driven brands
Compensation:
