Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000-$90,000/yr

What You'll Do:
In this dynamic role, you’ll drive program development, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Lead quality and growth initiatives across Home-Based programs.
- Set strategic plans and goals, aligning with both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering best practices and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with Billing to maintain current authorizations and insurance compliance.
- Develop and deliver training for staff and families; assist in policy implementation.
- Support the Program Manager of PASS and Respite and provide consultation as needed.
- Maintain a caseload with an annual billing target of 65%.
- Uphold ethical standards, agency values, and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

- No nights
- No weekends
Work Location: Hybrid in Warwick, RI
Requirements
- Licensure: Rhode Island Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in staff supervision and training.
- Background Checks: Successful completion of BCI and CANTs.
