The Ava Hotel Paso Robles is opening its doors this summer, and we’re building something special. As a proud member of the Curio Collection by Hilton, The Ava is an upper upscale lifestyle hotel with soul, style, and Paso’s welcoming spirit.

We’re on the lookout for a Director of Housekeeping who is ready to lead with precision, pride, and purpose. This is more than just managing rooms; it’s about curating exceptional guest experiences that reflect the elegance and warmth of The Ava.

💡 What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a housekeeping team dedicated to top-tier cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Collaborate with hotel operations and Hilton brand standards to ensure five-star quality across all guests and back-of-house spaces.
• Hire, train, and mentor housekeeping staff while creating a culture of accountability and care.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, and department budgets with efficiency and attention to detail.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management (or similar leadership role in housekeeping).
• Experience working at a major hotel brand (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.).
• A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail and cleanliness
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A desire to grow with a brand-new hotel.
