The Alabama School of Mathematics and Science (ASMS), a public residential high school serving talented Alabama students, seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources and Operations. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with state, federal, and industry laws/regulations; managing hiring practices; and developing proactive solutions to organizational issues. Responsibilities also include investigating complaints from community members; conducting professional development opportunities; maintaining the schools emergency response plans; and overseeing Front Desk and Campus Security. Desired qualifications: Masters degree, a strong background in Title IX investigations, and a minimum of 7 years of HR experience.
